At least 80 percent of passengers will use different health passport applications, such as the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Travel Pass, as soon as possible. This was reported by the airline organization in a statement.
Also, according to a survey conducted by IATA, 89% of people believe that governments should standardize vaccination certificates and tests globally. This is a measure to standardize the available information, allow the reopening of borders and the restart of the travel industry.
However, 78% of people would only use a health passport, such as the IATA Travel Pass, if they are in full control of their private information. But 60% of respondents would not use such an application if the information is kept in a central database.
