This Privacy Policy describes how MondoTracking Solutions LLC (“MondoTracking,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information through the BeyondGPS mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you consent to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure, and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the BeyondGPS mobile application and should be read in conjunction with MondoTracking Solutions LLC’s main Privacy Policy, available at https://www.mondotracking.com/privacy-policies/, which governs the broader use of our services including GPS Tracking, ELD, Dashcam/Camera Systems, and Data & Tablet Services.

I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

A. Account & Registration Information

When you create or configure your account on the BeyondGPS App, you voluntarily provide us with personal information including:

• Full name and email address
• Phone number (if provided, you agree to receive text messages from us at that number)
• Billing information, when applicable
• Username and password credentials

B. Location & GPS Data

The BeyondGPS App requires access to precise geographic location data in order to provide its core tracking and fleet management services. With your permission, the App will collect and store real-time and historical GPS coordinates, speed, direction, and route data associated with your tracked vehicles and assets. We use this location data exclusively to provide, improve, and customize the App’s features. We do not use or share location data for advertising or any other unrelated purpose. Many devices will indicate through an icon when location services are active.

C. Vehicle Telemetry Data

Through connected GPS and ELD devices, the App may collect vehicle telemetry data including but not limited to:

• Speed, acceleration, and braking events
• Engine status and hours
• Odometer readings
• Hours of service (HOS) and driver duty status
• Route history and stop durations

This data is used exclusively to provide fleet management, compliance reporting, and safety monitoring features within the App.

D. Dashcam & Video Data

If you use MondoTracking’s Dashcam services in conjunction with the BeyondGPS App, the App may provide access to video footage and images captured by connected camera devices. This includes:

• Road-facing and cab-facing video footage
• Triggered event recordings (e.g., harsh braking, collisions, speeding)
• Still images from triggered events

Video and image data is stored on secure servers maintained by MondoTracking Solutions LLC or its authorized cloud storage providers. Access to this footage is limited to authorized account holders and designated MondoTracking personnel. Retention periods for video footage are determined by MondoTracking at its sole discretion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

E. Device Permissions

To provide full functionality, the BeyondGPS App may request the following device permissions:

• Location (required) — for real-time GPS tracking
• Camera — only if using dashcam livestream or photo capture features
• Push notifications — for real-time alerts, geofence events, and system updates
• Storage — for caching map data and temporary media files

You may manage these permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling required permissions may limit or prevent the App from functioning correctly.

F. Log Data

Our servers automatically record log data created by your use of the App. Log data may include your IP address, operating system, device type, and app activity. Log data is used to provide, measure, and improve the service and is retained for up to 30 days after collection.

G. How We Use Your Information

MondoTracking Solutions LLC may use the information collected through the App for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features
• To respond to customer service requests and support inquiries
• To send technical notices, security alerts, and administrative messages
• To send push notifications for real-time tracking events and alerts
• To monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the App
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

II. WHEN WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

A. Service Providers & Subsidiaries

We may share personally identifiable information with authorized subsidiaries and third-party service providers solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services. MondoTracking Solutions LLC retains personal information for as long as your account is active and for any period required to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

• Log data is retained for up to 30 days after collection.
• Account information is retained for the duration of your active account and deleted promptly upon account deletion request.
• GPS and telemetry data is retained for a period determined by MondoTracking at its sole discretion.
• Video footage from dashcam devices is retained for a period determined by MondoTracking at its sole discretion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

IV. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS & DATA ACCESS

You may sign into your account at any time to view the personally identifiable information we have on file, including your name, email address, and phone number. You may update or correct your profile information through the App or web interface at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials at all times. Never share your login information with others. MondoTracking Solutions LLC is not responsible for any activity on your account resulting from unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.

V. DATA SECURITY

MondoTracking Solutions LLC uses appropriate physical, managerial, and technical procedures to safeguard against unauthorized access, maintain data security, and ensure the correct use of the information we collect. While we take these measures seriously, no system can guarantee absolute security. You use the App and transmit information to us at your own risk.

You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your account by choosing a strong, unique password, signing out after using shared devices, and never sharing your login credentials with others.

VI. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The BeyondGPS App is intended for use by adults only. MondoTracking Solutions LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Upon becoming aware of such a situation, we will take prompt steps to remove the information and terminate the associated account.

VII. ADVERTISING

MondoTracking Solutions LLC does not allow advertising companies to collect data through the BeyondGPS App for ad targeting purposes. No third-party advertising networks operate within the App.

VIII. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

MondoTracking Solutions LLC may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will place a prominent notice within the App and/or on our website. If a change is deemed material at our sole discretion, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the BeyondGPS App after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
