    to be a freight driver of interstate commerce or cargo of waste or hazardous materials.
  • Not have a criminal record or have been convicted of any felony involving the use of a
    vehicle, drug use, and driving under the influence of alcohol.
  • Read and speak English fluently to prepare reports, communicate with law enforcement
    officials, and understand traffic signs.
  • Have any of these special licenses: class A, class B and class C.
  • Driving knowledge test.
  • Medical and eye exam.
